Regional broadband planning for the Heart of Texas

HOT Connect is a regional initiative led by the Heart of Texas Council of Governments (HOTCOG) to understand broadband and digital opportunity needs across our six-county region. Community input and regional data will help shape a Regional Digital Opportunity Plan focused on improving connectivity and creating opportunities for our communities.
